Grow Stronger through Struggle

2 years ago, I went through a rough patch and during that time I started using weights. I say “using” because I don’t follow a training program and I’m definitely not anywhere near super strong, but I found my own strength. I lift to feel good, it gives me the mental strength I need to get through rough days, times when I feel “alone and unsure” of decisions I need to make to be real to myself.
